By entering these sweepstakes, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Summer Feet Cycling.
The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes.
This is a Facebook/Instagram/Website sweepstakes.
To submit a valid entry is by the following:
1. Registering for the sweepstakes by filling out the above form
2. Completing all fields with valid details
  1. By reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
  2. By agreeing to hear from Summer Feet Cycling
The prize is a fully-guided, 6-day cycling trip for 2 people with Summer Feet Cycling including hybrid bike rental, accommodation, activities and attractions, and meals:
1. Hybrid Bike Rental
2. Accommodation for five nights double occupancy lodging at the Harborside Hotel and the Hartstone Inn. The prize is for the tour only and does not include the cost of traveling to the starting point of the tour and any other costs ie. pre and post tour hotels
3. Activities and attractions that are included:
  1. Expenses paid for ferry transits
  2. Expenses paid for Kayaking
  3. Expenses paid for sailing aboard the Schooner
  4. Entrance fee for Acadia National Park.
4. Most meals – including four dinners, five breakfasts, and four lunches.
The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winners accept the conditions of use of that prize.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date for entry will be April 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm GMT (the last day of the draw). After this date, no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or suspend the sweepstakes.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or their agents.
The winners will be notified by email or announced on social media and will be requested to confirm their details as well as their shipping address and will only ever be contacted by the Promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maine.
Prize is redeemable for any confirmed departure in July, August or September of 2023 and is subject to availability.
In order to be eligible to win, entrants must be eligible to travel and have a valid form of identification as may be required to travel to Maine.
The winners are responsible for any Covid related expenses, such as but not limited to PCR testing.
By entering the sweepstakes, you indicate your consent to having your name and photo included in a winner announcement. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with local data protection legislation.
