This tour starts in the beautiful Dubrovnik countryside area of Konavle. During 7 days you will explore the amazing islands, medieval towns, old villages and lovely bays. Croatia is country of 1000 islands, rich history, Mediterranean vegetation and mild climate, one of the best way to explore it is without any doubt on a bike.

Itinerary

Day 1Arrival

One of our staff will meet you at the Dubrovnik Airport for the shuttle to Konavle and bike fitting.

Day 2Discover Konavle

Today will cycle through lush Croatian farmlands.  You will ride through the valley and along the Ljuta river and into the town of coastal town Cavtat first settled by the Greeks in the 6th century.

Day 3Konavle, the Peljesac Peninsula and Korcula

You will on your dinner on this scenic but a little hilly rode along the Peljesac Peninsula where you catch the ferry to Korcula Island. One island take time to relax and explore on island time.

Day 4Exploring Korcula Island

Today you will cycle around the island. You can visit a variety of places like the cathedral and the birthplace of Marco Polo. You will then cycle to the seaside town of Racisce where you can enjoy lunch overlooking the Adriatic before cycling back to the inn.

Day 5 Miljet Island

More island hoping today. You begin with the familiar bike ride to the port of Gruz for a slightly longer, 2 hour ferry ride to Mljet Island. Home to charming villages, salt water lakes, and a national park, Mljet is believed to be the island Odyessus spent 7 years on during his epic journey. Tonight you will stay on the island in the charming coastal village of Polace.

Day 6 To Dubrovnik

After breakfast, enjoy another scenic ferry ride on your way to Dubrovnik, one of the prettiest towns in the world. Settle into your hotel before an afternoon walking tour.

Day 7 Sipan Island

Another day of what makes Croatia, awesome. Enjoy a ferry ride to Sipan Island and spend your day cycling among vineyards and olive groves.  Take time to sample the island’s treasures and swim in the ocean before taking the ferry back to Dubrovnik.

Day 8 Departure

After breakfast, the driver will shuttle you back to the airport.
