Located at the tip on the Pemaquid Peninsula, the elegant Bradley Inn hosts us for the perfect weekend bike tour. From the shadow of the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, we spend our days cycling Maine's rock bound coast.
Day 1 - Exploring Pemaquid Point and Enjoying Wine and Cheese While Listening to the Pounding Surf
We meet at the inn at 2:00 pm. Our afternoon cycle includes a visit to the site of pre-colonial Fort William Henry and a stroll along a hidden path to view lobster boats at their moorings. After our ride we meet at the Pemaquid Point Light for a welcome reception followed by dinner at the award winning Bradley Inn.

Day 2 - Pedaling Along the Coast and a Lobster Feast
We hop on our bikes and begin our day pedaling along the ocean. Later our route turns inland and follows quiet country roads to the charming village of Damariscotta, a wonderful spot for lunch and exploration. In the evening we enjoy a cruise to view puffins and to learn about sea birds from an Audubon naturalist before a lobster feast.

Day 3 - Cycling to the Charming Village of Christmas Cove
Our destination today is Christmas Cove, one of Maine's prettiest summer communities. First visited on Christmas Day in 1607, Christmas Cove has hosted visitors for almost 400 years. Enjoy lunch on the deck of Coveside for a true taste of Maine, before pedaling back to the inn.
